Aaronz & Co: untouched leads from 76% to 23% in two weeks
Aaronz & Co is a property brokerage in Dubai. After a new lead dashboard went live, the share of its leads sitting untouched dropped from 76% to 23% within two weeks.
On Meta, its cost per sales-qualified lead dropped from AED 190 to AED 110 within 30 days.

What was the problem?
Most of the brokerage's leads were sitting untouched: 76% had no update in the CRM.
Leads came in from Property Finder, Bayut and paid ads. A lead nobody touches is a lead the brokerage has already paid for and is losing.
What did we do?
We built a dashboard that showed every lead coming in, portal performance and TruCheck by broker, and we ran the Meta and Google campaigns.
- One dashboard for the whole pipeline. Property Finder and Bayut performance, TruCheck by broker, and every lead coming in. Managers could see which leads had no update and act on them. See CRM automation.
- Sharper Meta ad creative that speaks to serious buyers. See Meta ads lead generation.
- Better lead forms that filter out time-wasters before they reach an agent.
- Google campaigns, reports and ad assets that brokers used for their own personal branding.
How long did it take?
Untouched leads fell from 76% to 23% within two weeks. The Meta cost per lead result came within 30 days.
What were the numbers before and after?
Two results: far fewer untouched leads, and a lower cost per sales-qualified lead on Meta.
- Share of leads untouched (no update)
- Before76%
- After23%, within two weeks
- Cost per sales-qualified lead (Meta)
- BeforeAED 190
- AfterAED 110, within 30 days
What does the client say?
“Lateef built us a comprehensive dashboard that showed everything: Property Finder and Bayut performance, TruCheck by broker, and every lead coming in. When he joined, the share of our leads sitting untouched in 'no update' dropped from 76% to 23% within two weeks. He also ran our Meta and Google campaigns and produced reports and ad assets our brokers used for their own personal branding.”
